Just wanted to draw someone who wasn't one of my characters. XD...Instead of giving you a small description of the character's backstory, personality, and powers...I'll just copy Spo0te's form. XD
Name: Enma(means ruler of Hades in Japanese XD) Seiti
Age: 19
Gender: male
Hero/Villain name: 'Nightmare'
Good or Evil?: Good
Origin/backstory.(What your character did before he/she worked for S.E.C.R.E.T., or just a regular history if the person isn't a Rebel. XD): Enma has quite the past. When he was in his mother's womb, the doctor informed his parents he was deceased. So when he was born alive, the doctor ran off with Enma, taking him to S.E.C.R.E.T. There, he raised him with technology and science, which he soon grew bored with. The doctor noticing that, decided to experiment on him with dark like aura through the technology. It caused Enma a lot of pain, and he threatened to run away. When that happened, the doctor told Enma that he could not escape this or his past, telling him he was the cause of his parent's deaths. He thought the doctor was his real father, so to hear this, he became enraged and nearly killed the doctor, quickly escaping. Then, he found the 'Rebels' and joined them to hopefully find his parents.
Powers: Darkness. XD
What type of Rascal accessory does your character wear?(If a rebel.): He wears the gloves XD
On a 1 to 10 scale, how over powered do you think your character is?: 5-6. XD
Personality: Quiet, maybe will open up a bit later, holds in a lot of anger, powerful.
Weakness: Light. He also has a phobia of dogs. XD
Strengths: Darkness, stealth. Lurking in the shadows.
Looks:
Crush: any girl that has a happy-go-lucky type of style.
Team affiliation: THE REBELS, FOOL.
Other: MILKKKK

Just to expand on the powers, Nightmare has the ability to control shadows at will. He can slide on walls, and become an inter-dimensional portal to teleport himself to another shadow, the distance he can travel hasn't been revealed yet, nor if he can take others along with him.(Although, now that I think about it, Its been heavily implied that he can't.)
